These Terms govern the use of our internal video-publishing application (the "App"), operated by Authentic Development. The App is a private tool used by us to publish videos we produce to our own social media accounts through official platform APIs.
The App automates uploading and publishing of our own original video content (educational language-learning stories and documentary-style videos) to accounts that we own and control.
The App is operated solely by us, on our own accounts, with our own authorization. It is not offered to, sold to, or made available to third parties or the general public.
Use of the App complies with the terms, policies, and developer agreements of each platform it connects to, including TikTok. All publishing actions are initiated and authorized by us.
All content published through the App is original content that we own or are authorized to use. We are responsible for the content we publish.
The App is provided "as is", for our own internal use, without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect any change.
